These are the steps towards your application.

1. Requirements and motivation

Applying for a Master's programme requires a great deal of time and effort. Before you apply, consider the requirements and the following questions:

  • Why would you like to participate in the programme?
  • Which field of study are you particularly interested in: literature, linguistics or cultural studies? Think carefully about this question because you will take the majority of your credits in this area and write your thesis.
  • Which entrance university/degree awarding partner would you prefer and why? Your answer should focus on academic reasons.
  • Which university would you prefer for your mobility semester and why?  Your answer should focus on academic reasons.
  • In what way will the programme affect your professional future?

These are the questions that should guide you while writing your motivation statement. The motivation statement is part of the application and you will have to enter it directly to the platform.
