Legalization of documents
Foreign educational documents have the same evidential value as domestic public documents only if you hold the mandatory legalization on the original documents. While the legalization is not required at the time of application submission, you must provide the legalized documents (Bachelor's diploma/certificate and Transcript of records/Diploma Supplement) at the time of the admission if you are selected. As the legalization process may take several months in some countries, we strongly recommend that you start the legalization process early to avoid delays or the risk of losing your chance to be admitted.
You can find the detailed information on legalization from the website here.
