On 15 June 2026, the Department of English Studies invited its students from the European Joint Master's Programme in English and American Studies and the Master's Degree in English and American Studies to an informal get-together to celebrate the approaching end of the summer semester. The event took place in the department's social room, where students, academics and administrative staff members gathered in a relaxed atmosphere.

The get-together provided an excellent opportunity for students to connect with their peers and exchange experiences from the previous mobility semester abroad. 

Dr. Jennifer Schumm Fauster, academic coordinator, and Dr. Anja Hoffmann, administrative coordinator of the European Joint Master's Programme in English and American Studies, also attended the event. They offered advice and encouragement to the soon-to-be graduates as they approach the final chapter of their studies.
