Creative Open Mic Night on 11 June 2026 - Call for submissions

Send your submissions by 15 May 2026 and present your work on 11 June at the Creative Open Mic Night.


The Department of American Studies of the University of Graz to invites students, faculty, and staff of the University of Graz to submit their creative work for a Creative Open Mic Night: Words & Art, taking place on 11 June 2026, 17:00 - 19:00 at the English and American Studies Library (Heinrichstraße 36/II, 8010 Graz).

We welcome submissions in creative writing (poetry and short prose in English, up to 1000 words, intended for live reading at the event) and visual art (paintings, drawings, graphic art, photography - digital or original, with the option to exhibit at the event).
