In the following you will find more information about our application and selection procedure.
Please note that the call for applications for the academic year 2024/25 closed on March 15th, 2024 (23:59 CET).

Step 1 | You can find information on admission requirements in the Programme section. Information on the selection & admission procedure can be found on this page below. |
| Step 2 Entrance University | Please note that you can choose between the following universities as your entrance university: University of Graz, Leipzig University and Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. You can choose up to two universities according to your priorities. If there is no place left at your priority 1, you may receive an offer from your priority 2. Please note that you can also choose the University of Graz, Hiroshima University or Leipzig University as your entrance university for the Joint Degree option between these three universities. However, please note that specific regulations apply and there is a separate application procedure. For more information, please visit the website “Joint-Degree-Programme Hiroshima-Graz-Leipzig”. |
| Step 3 Specialisation | Please indicate four priorities for your specialisation track. You can find detailed information about the different specialisation tracks offered by the partner universities in the Modules & Tracks section. When choosing your specialisation and thus your mobility university, please do not forget to carefully read the degree information in the Career section. |
| Step 4 Documents | To apply for the programme, you must upload all required documents to our online application platform (see below). Please note that all documents must be uploaded as pdf files and submitted either in English or with an English translation. A list of the required application documents can be found in the Required Documents section. Please note that you can modify your application at any time up to the deadline. |
